Complaints, appeals and conciliation

In the event of a customer dispute concerning UniCredit Factoring financial products and services, we ask the customer to file a claim to UniCredit Factoring by registered letter or email, addressed to:

UniCredit Factoring must respond within 60 days of receiving the complaint.

If the Customer is not satisfied, before taking legal action they may contact:

Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (ABF – Banking and Financial Ombudsman).

Conciliatore Bancario e Finanziario (Banking and Financial Conciliator).
